I’m sitting at my desk, which stuff is actually piling up on today, looking out the front door/window. Our row of buildings (one building, multiple suites) faces a hill and runs parallel to the road on that hill. Strangely there are several people milling about outside, and even some walking down the hill toward our offices from the street above.
I suspect this activity outside has something to do with the black Corvette that just crashed to the office two doors down. Those Designer Lighting people do not have the best luck. Evidently what happened is that a car traveling on Collier Road, which is the road up on the hill we face, got a little distracted—or perhaps got a little seizure—and took a pretty significant turn right. His car comes careening down the hill, into our parking lot. The driver must have really needed a parking space because he comes up behind the Stingray, slamming it into the office front and sliding nicely into the spot formerly occupied by the Corvette.
No one appears to be hurt.
I have no more news from the front.

That is more exciting than everything that has happened here in the last month combined.
